Each barrel is assembled using centuries-old techniques. No glue. No screws. No shortcuts. Only steam, fire, pressure, and craftsmanship.
Every stave is carefully fitted together before being transformed by flame.
Fire Creates Character
The interior of every bourbon barrel is heavily charred. The fire caramelizes the natural sugars inside the oak while creating the distinctive black layer that bourbon lovers know so well.
Those same dramatic markings remain visible years later inside every reclaimed stave we use.
Years Of Aging
For six to ten years the barrel quietly rests inside Kentucky rickhouses. Changing seasons force bourbon deep into the oak before pulling it back out again, creating both exceptional whiskey and beautifully aged wood.
Its Second Life Begins
