Processing Time:

  • Our team works diligently to process and prepare your order for shipment within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase.  If an item purchased is out of stock, we will contact you and provide an estimate on when the product can be made.  Some items with Epoxy, such as River Boards and take a few days just to cure.  

Shipping Methods:

  • We offer a range of shipping options to cater to your needs. You can choose your preferred shipping method during checkout.  Our current carriers are USPS and UPS.  

Shipping Rates:

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. The applicable shipping fees will be displayed during the checkout process.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and instructions on how to track your package.

Delivery Times:

  • Delivery times are estimates and can vary based on factors such as your location, shipping method chosen, and external factors affecting the shipping carrier (e.g., weather delays, holidays).
  • We strive to provide accurate delivery estimates, but please note that unforeseen circumstances may cause delays that are beyond our control.

International Shipping:

  • We currently only offer shipping to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times vary based on location.

Shipping Address:

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Shipments:

  • In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.

Customs and Duties:

  • For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping fees.
